Features
The Endust website was developed in collaboration with Frank About Women to advertise Sara Lee's new Endust line of cleaning products. The site was developed in XHTML, PHP, and mySQL. It is optimized for display on all major browsers, and supporting resolutions down to as small as 800 x 600. It validates as XHTML 1.0 Transitional and CSS 2.0. All graphics were optimized for optimal page load times on small connections, and rollovers were done using "sliding" graphics to prevent the need for image preloading. Finally, the "share your story" feature was implemented to allow users to share their Endust experiences and be given the opportunity to be featured on the Endust website. Secure form handling, validation, and image uploading was programmed and is handled server-side by a secure database which is backed up regularly. CWD continues to both host and maintain the Endust website.
Bilingual
The Endust website is actually two websites in one - one for Endust United States, and one for Endust Canada. Endust Canada features layouts in both English and French.
