Who's on the New Board?

Hanesbrands Inc.'s new board will consist of seven outside directors. These include Executive Chairman Lee A. Chaden, CEO Richard A. Noll, four corporate executives with international experience, and a prominent figure from Winston-Salem's corporate community.

New Board Members Identified

The new board members include Winston Salem local Andrew Schindler, 61, retired chairman of Reynolds American Inc. The other board members are Harry Allyn Cockrell, 56, director and shareholder of Hong Kong-based Pacific Tiger Group Ltd., PTG Investment Holdings Corp. and Pathfinder Investment Holdings Corp.; Charles W. Coker, 73, former chairman, president and CEO of Sunoco Products Co.; Bobby J. Griffin, 57, president of international operations for Ryder System Inc.; James C. Johnson, 54, vice president, corporate secretary and assistant general counsel of The Boeing Co.; J. Patrick Mulcahy, 62, vice chairman, Energizer Holdings Inc.; and, Alice M. Peterson, 53, founder and president of Syrus Global.
