Hosting and maintenance payments are processed on an automatic, recurring basis. We do not accept checks for hosting and maintenance payments.
Hosting ($100/ bi-annually) - Level 1
Your hosting subscription is $100 for six months and is renewed automatically every six months. Your website is hosted in a dedicated VPS environment that offers the highest uptime and reliability while providing fast page loads and efficient resource usage. Please note that hosting does not include website support or email service or support. Our server team is monitoring your site 365/24/7, and in the event that your website goes down we will restore it as quickly as possible. For this reason, contacting us when your website goes down will not expedite the process of bringing it back online, therefore we will not respond to such requests. Based on your bandwidth and/ or space usage, we may increase the cost of hosting at our discretion – you will be notified if this is necessary.
Email Service and Support
Rackspace is our email service provider. Rackspace has been around since 1999 and is the fastest growing business-email specialist in America. They have a 100% uptime guarantee (ie. your email never goes down) and use the high end Cloudmark spam system with a filtering accuracy of at least 98% (spam doesn't get through) and near zero false positives (legitimate emails don't get caught). Their support staff is available 365/24/7 via phone, email, and an online ticketing system. You must sign up for a minimum of 10 email boxes at $1/ mailbox/ month, for a total of $10/ month. Additional mailboxes may be purchased if you need more than 10. If you are interested in signing up for email service, please contact us.
Maintenance ($250/ quarterly) - Level 1
Your maintenance plan includes 2 hours of website support each month and is billed in 3 month increments. These hours expire at the end of their three month term, they do not roll over. Website support covers content updates, it does not include changes to your template or layout. It also does not cover hosting or email related issues. Additional time beyond your 2 hours is billed at $150/ hour, in half hour increments. You will be notified in advance before you are billed for additional hours. Your maintenance plan will renew on a 3 month basis unless you unsubscribe below.
Cancel Maintenance Subscription
If you wish to cancel your maintenance subscription, you may do so here. Please note that any work going forward will be charged at $150/ hour, in half hour increments. You may resubscribe to the maintenance plan using the subscription option above at any time.
